My experience with My Therapist Irina Ashamalla Is one that it helped me in so many ways, she listens
she make sure that you don’t feel alone, She reflects on what was said the prior visit. for the most part, she gives me tools to try to overcome what it is that I’m dealing with.
being sick and having an illness that doesn’t have a cure. It’s just taking care of the symptoms. It can be very overwhelming and I’m so grateful that I found Irina. Also, she has Julia who is her MA she answers the phone always with a kind word. She makes sure that our messages get to Irina. I’m just very grateful to the both of them and I hope and pray that she will continue doing what she’s doing with every patient that she has.
I recommend her highly with the upmost thankfulness and respect.

Irina Ashamalla has helped me a great deal. I didn't know where to turn after my husband's suicide. She was so comforting and truely listened to me. She is non judgemental and a very caring person . After our sessions, I feel calm and relaxed. I really enjoy talking to her and definately would recommend her. If you need some help , she is the one to see.

Irina eworked diligently with me to find a combination of medications that would help me. Then, after a recent tramatic event in my life, she was most kind, working wth me to calm down and realize it was not my fault. I don't know what I would have done withou her. She really understood my pain.

From the time I walked in I felt like I mattered. I felt that my feelings were listen to. Everything was so comfortable. And I have been to many doctors and I have a problem trusting doctors and I felt safe.

I’ve been with Irina for a while now I sit and I cry I try to find reason or even to make sense sometimes of the things that are happening to me. she sits she listens and then she gives me tools so that I now can work on the problems that I have the anxiety the depression over this diagnosis. I don’t know how I could have dealt with this without having her by my side I will always talk highly of her to anyone that’s asking or looking for help. My only fear is everyone will come and fall in love with her and I won’t be able to get an appointment. I know that won’t happen. Julia is extremely sweet and kind. She makes sure that the appointment go on as scheduled and for that I’m very grateful to Julia.

I have never felt so satisfied with mental doctors ive seen in the past like ive experienced with Irina Ashammala.She always makes me feel like she really cares alot about her patients. She has helped me so much and in ample time.I highly recommend her

Dr. Ashamalla is very kind. She is attentive and listens wholeheartedly. She is compassionate. I feel she has understood my member who is in foster care and diagnosed appropriately explaining much of the behaviors we have been experiencing. Dr.,Ashamalla is a tremendous support not only to my member but for myself, the caregiver.
