Dr. Ashamalla is very kind. She is attentive and listens wholeheartedly. She is compassionate. I feel she has understood my member who is in foster care and diagnosed appropriately explaining much of the behaviors we have been experiencing. Dr.,Ashamalla is a tremendous support not only to my member but for myself, the caregiver.

Ms. Irina has changed my life. After seeing a few providers before with no progress, I decided to seek out a new one. She’s been amazing in all aspects of my mental health. Ms. Irina has the gift to connect with her patients at a deeper level by understating and listening to her patients. She takes time to draw a treatment plan based on past treatments that may or may not have worked and explains in detail the options. She goes above and beyond for her patients.

I think Dr. Ashamalla is a terrific dr. Her calming presence is so welcoming, that I immediately feel relaxed upon entering her office. She listens and offers me advice that has helped me a great deal. I had a traumatic event last year and she has helped me to deal with my grief. Just her presence helps me. She is like a friend. Her assistant in the front office has been so helpful in helping me with paperwork and getting appts. , that fit my schedule. She also has the same calming mannerisms. I definately recommend going to her ,as Im sure she can help with your mental wellness.

I am a single, 60-year-old grandfather raising my 12-year-old grandson. In my late 40s and early 50s, I discovered firsthand the benefits of long-term psychotherapy—and I know what a difference the right provider can make. Now, as I enter a new phase of my life, new challenges have emerged and I find myself once again seeking the support of ongoing counseling.
Over the years, I’ve worked with other counselors and psychiatrists, but the fit was never quite right. When I sat down in front of Irina for the first time, I felt an immediate sense of comfort and understanding. What stood out to me most was how quickly she recognized the deeper patterns in my story—especially her insight into the cycle of withholding affection. She named something I hadn’t seen clearly in myself, and did it with compassion rather than judgment. For the first time in years, I felt safe to be completely honest.
Thank you for providing a space where I feel respected, understood, and truly seen. When I heard Irina speak, I felt like I was home.
