As of March 1st 2024, Mental Health Wellness Boutique would be charging as a cash fee for ALL New Patients with COMMERCIAL insurance policy a Prepayment fee of 300$ as a security deposit that can be requested to be refunded in 6 mo based on outstanding patient balance.
