As of September 1st 2024, Mental Health Wellness Boutique would be charging ALL New Patients with HIGH DEDUCTIBLE COMMERCIAL insurance policy a Prepayment fee of 150$ as a security deposit that can be requested to be refunded back in 6 months based on outstanding patient balance.
